Defining J.J. Devine
I started out as an everyday wife and mother, moving into grandparenthood with a heart full of love and open arms.
Who am I today? Well, I’m still all that, but I am also an author of romance. A member of Romance Writers of America, Indiana Romance Writers of America, a lover of Native American history and the Old West. My darker side enjoys the realm of vampires and witches. I hold a passion for herblore and natural ways of life. The list goes on and on.
We define ourselves in many ways being women. Sometimes we tend to lose our own identity in those things that others perceive us to be. Such as a wife, mother, or grandmother. We forget there is a woman beneath all of that exterior, all those facets that make up who we are. A woman begging to be remembered and released.
For me, that woman loves to pen romance novels that not only touch the heart but revive the spirit and pleasure the soul.
So join me if you will on my journey of redefining my world. To a place that is completely me in all of my finest qualities, and maybe even a few of my lesser ones.
For to define J.J. Devine is one woman claiming her right to be all she can be. Even if the road is a battle and the trials and tribulations to get there seem unending.
